Racing Shoes--Easy 10 points!?

Hello,

I am going to run in a track meet very soon. I%26#039;ll be running the 200 meter dash and the 4x100 relay. I was wondering what model of shoes I should buy. I am not allowed to use track spikes or any shoes that are made for spikes. I was wondering the New Balance 1001, the Asics Gel-Piranha, or the Adidas AdiZero PR? Basically I need a pair of racing flats best for shorter distances.

Thanks in advance! Easy 10 points!

you should get the lightest shoe, but only if it is the most comfortable to YOUR own feet...only get shoes that suit your comfort level
Reply:just go to runnersworld.com and fill out some questions so you can get the perfessionals recommendations
Reply:Whichever one is more comfortable and more light! if the shoes are heavy u will get tired easily! so just good luck and remember get the lightest and most comfortable shoe
Reply:Why racing flats when you can buy spikes?

Get Nike Rivals IV. It%26#039;s a really good spikes. Its cheap as well.
Reply:saucony kilkenny xc, great shoes for like under 50 bucks
